and services provided by your institution relative to local and
national competitors. We also analyze the behaviors of current
relationships using products/services by account balances/tiers,
household income, age, relationship longevity, and most importantly,
by profitability and Profit Segment. We create replacement
products/services which maintain or increase relationship
participation while maximizing product/service profitability
potential. We conduct a financial analysis
assessing the financial impact of the proposed product/service
structure on overall profitability and provide recommendations for
introduction of the new structure.
