New Product Introductions, Packaging, And Pricing Analyses

DMA's new product introductions include an evaluation of all products and services provided by your institution relative to local and national competitors.  We also analyze the behaviors of current relationships using products/services by account balances/tiers, household income, age, relationship longevity, and most importantly, by profitability and Profit Segment.  We create replacement products/services which maintain or increase relationship participation while maximizing product/service profitability potential.  We conduct a financial analysis assessing the financial impact of the proposed product/service structure on overall profitability and provide recommendations for introduction of the new structure.
