COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: DMA is actively involved in our communities, both at a company level and at the individual employee level. DMA and its employees are involved in many important community organizations, and DMA encourages employees to actively participate in serving their diverse communities in ways that are appropriate and meaningful for each employee. On a company-wide basis, DMA’s community focus is on helping people in need. DMA participates in and contributes to a variety of such organizations. In particular, DMA is involved in Make A Wish Foundation, as this organization provides joyful experiences to children with life-threatening medical conditions, through its wish-granting work. DMA actively supports this important organization.
