   RICH WEISSMAN - PRESIDENT AND CEO

Rich has over 25 years of marketing experience in national and international consumer and business-to-business companies.  He is President and Chief Executive Officer of DMA, since its founding in 1996.  Prior to DMA, he was Marketing Director at Bank of America, U.S. Bancorp, and National Westminster Bank USA, as well as working in market research in the packaged goods industry.  He managed a variety of marketing, sales, database, delivery channels, product development, pricing, advertising, public relations and direct mail functions.   His work has been recognized nationally, and he is known as one of the nation's leaders in the financial services industry.

Rich consults with DMA clients to provide them with expertise and guidance.    His “hands on” and “action-oriented” approach in helping his clients reach their goals is one of the many valuable assets he brings to his clients.    He is a leading expert in the area of profitability integration, and is a top-tier speaker at industry conferences.

Rich completed his Ph.D. work at New York University in Quantitative Analysis and Statistics, and he has Master’s degrees in both Sociology and Psychology coupled with post-graduate studies at New York University’s School of Business.  He also completed the Marketing Management Program at Stanford University.  Rich holds many academic awards, including Phi Beta Kappa, and he completed his B.A. summa cum laude at New York University in the Social Sciences, focused on Statistical Research.  He is currently the Oregon Representative and Honorary Chair to the Presidential Business Advisory Council.

   DUNCAN SANDERSON - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Duncan has over 25 years of commercial and retail client management experience in regional and national business-to-business companies.  He is Chief Operating Officer of DMA, and he brings an unequalled depth of experience in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining DMA, Duncan was a commercial loan officer and commercial unit head, and then became Executive Vice President and Wholesale Division Head at Bank of America.  He was responsible for overseeing the corporate, middle market business, high net worth and trust relationships and areas including sales, marketing, credit, and operations. 

Duncan's strong financial and analytical background, combined with many years of experience in a variety of financial markets, provides DMA clients with a resource for the complexities in meeting financial returns.  In his role as Chief Operating Officer for DMA, Duncan ensures that DMA operations are at the highest quality levels, and that all database, analyses and research are specifically targeted to meet the unique challenges of each DMA client.   He applies his expertise to ensure that DMA operations and services are focused on directly contributing to the successes of DMA's clients.

Duncan received his M.B.A. from the University of Washington in Finance and Accounting.  In addition, he holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He is the recipient of the American Bankers Association “Best of the Best” Marketing Award and has been appointed to several state and federal government task forces.

   GREG HUTZELL - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC CLIENT SERVICES DIVISION  

Greg oversees the Strategic Client Services function responsible for directing a Team of experts to help DMA clients receive the full value of DMA products and services.  Greg and his Team partner directly with DMA clients to develop strategic direction and activities to increase profitability, based on the full use and understanding of IDM and other research and analysis intelligence that DMA offers.   Greg ensures that clients receive the highest quality service and consultative support.

Greg has over 25 years experience in managing client relationships in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining DMA, he held a number of critical management positions at Bank of America and community banks, with particular expertise in commercial and retail banking, and in providing financial services to credit unions.   As an expert in financial analysis and client management, he provided his clients with financial strategies to improve performance.   Greg brings an extensive and deep background in the financial services industry, covering a multitude of management, finance, marketing, and sales disciplines.

Greg received his Doctorate degree from California Coast University in Business Administration, and earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Management at the University of Phoenix.  In addition he holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.  He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Executive Banking School at the University of Washington.  He is currently an adjunct professor in the Departments of Business and Management at local universities.

   TIM BRUGGER - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Tim leads the Client Development Teams, and oversees the Eastern and Central Offices, as well as heading up DMA's Western Office in Portland, Oregon for client development activities.  Tim and his Teams work closely with DMA prospects and clients to provide knowledge and support for all DMA products and services. 

Tim has over 15 years experience in the financial services industry in sales management and marketing roles, as an expert in investment, lending and database marketing for financial institutions.  Prior to joining DMA, he held a sales management position with Ameripath Mortgage, a national mortgage bank.   Tim was also the head of sales and marketing with World Marketing, Inc., a direct mail/fulfillment company specializing in the development of database marketing programs for financial industry clients throughout the U.S.  His marketing expertise also includes management positions at Jefferson Research and Red Chip Review, both equity research firms, where he led the nationwide marketing efforts for both companies, acting as head of sales and marketing for them.  He brings a wonderful background in a variety of financial and marketing/sales functions to help clients understand how to best integrate these disciplines through DMA's unique approach. 

Tim completed his education at the University of Oregon in Business and Marketing, and he is a national speaker in the financial services industry, focusing on utilizing internal and external financial and market data as the foundation for profitable sales and marketing efforts. 

   DAVID FOSTER - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS DIVISION  

David leads the Research and Analysis Teams that supports clients with a wide range of results-based research and in-depth analysis, including both qualitative and quantitative research.  David and his Teams provide as-needed and ongoing support to clients for financial analysis, matrix marketing program development and implementation, statistical modeling, branching analysis, market and competitive analysis, product/pricing research, focus groups, surveys, and other analytic programs.  David oversees all project methodologies, data collection and integration, data analysis and reporting.  David’s Teams ensure that all research and analysis programs are of the highest quality, providing in-depth analytics and measurements.  

David has over 10 years experience in the research field as an expert in financial and analytic analysis, specializing in the technology and financial services industries.  Prior to joining DMA, he worked at Microsoft in corporate market research, Washington Mutual Bank in e-commerce marketing, and at TRD Frameworks Market Research serving clients in a host of industries providing them with primary research for both consumer and business-to-business markets.  He brings a complex understanding and proficiency in integrating financial performance and markets/product development analysis. 

David received his B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Washington University.  He also completed two in-depth training programs in questionnaire design and focus groups from the Burke Institute (the educational arm of AC Nielson).

   PISARN LEUNGPATHOMARAM - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY DIVISION  

Pisarn manages the Information Technology functions and oversees the team leaders, administrators and analysts for the critical areas of database and network architecture and administration, hardware and programming.  Pisarn and his Teams manage and enhance security levels for DMA clients, ensuring that DMA continues to maintain the most up-to-date technologies.  Pisarn oversees all the steps to provide the secure and reliable availability of DMA’s network and server resources.  Pisarn’s Teams ensure a comprehensive base in understanding profitability from an in-depth finance perspective.

Pisarn has over 15 years experience in system design and management as an expert in financial and marketing/sales data integration.  Prior to joining DMA, his broad work experience includes developing an integrated database system for the Thai Trade Garment Company in Thailand, developing and researching database information for the Isuzu Company, and as a financial researcher at the University of Portland.  Pisarn brings a unique combination of skills to the IT Division, combining backgrounds both in finance and technology to skillfully direct Information Technology.

Pisarn received his M.B.A. from the University of Portland, where he majored in Finance.  He also completed his B.S. in Public Administration from Thammasat University in Bangkok, Thailand.

   MIKE MCKAY - EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, IDM DIVISION  

Mike manages the IDM Teams that set-up and process the IDM system.  Mike and his Teams manage and ensure quality IDM set-up with all new clients, customized IDM profitability modeling, and ongoing IDM processing and audit of all client databases.  Mike oversees all of the steps for IDM production, modification and enhancement activities, continually providing clients with value-added database processing and information.  Mike’s Teams ensure that all IDM activities are of the highest quality, providing comprehensive data integration and reporting for management, finance, marketing and sales measurements.

Mike has over 20 years experience in database, accounting, and technology management in both public and private industries.   Prior to joining DMA, his extensive background includes managing a multitude of database systems as Director of Management Information Systems for the Northwest Regional Education Service, and in a variety of specialized software positions at Timberline Software in the areas of database production, database systems design and development, data security and system user support.  Mike brings a well-rounded background of systems management, accounting/finance, and database processing to successfully manage the complex IDM system.

Mike received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, with an emphasis in Management, Information Systems, Finance and Accounting.  

   REGGIE BEASON - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Eastern Region

Reggie heads up DMA's Eastern Office, located in Orlando, Florida, and provides the industry with a clear understanding of the value of DMA's services.  Reggie and his Team work closely with DMA prospects and clients to provide knowledge and support for all DMA products and services.

Reggie has over 15 years in the financial services industry in finance and marketing, as an expert in enhancing financial performance in the industry.  Prior to joining DMA, he held a wide range of positions at organizations that offer core processing, CRM, MCIF, profitability/analytic scoring models, and underwriting decision models. Reggie’s marketing background includes Harte Hanks, FISERV, and IPS Sendero, and Dun and Bradstreet as a financial analyst, and Fair-Isaac as a software specialist.  He has received a number of awards, including the Dun and Bradstreet “Financial Analyst of the Year” award.  He brings a unique background to DMA, having worked with the financial markets in a variety of capacities.

Reggie received his B.A. in Business Economics from Illinois Benedictine College in Lisle, Illinois.  He has also completed a variety of professional development programs in strategic marketing, client management, and other key business areas.  Reggie is a national speaker on risk management, and has presented at a wide range of conferences for the CBA (Community Bankers Association), MBA (Mortgage Bankers Association), NAFCU (National Association of Federal Credit Unions), and others.

   NANNETTE SHIMER - CLIENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - Central Region

Nannette heads up DMA’s Central Office, located in Orlando, Florida, and handles all of the client development activities for the Central Region.  Nannette and her Team work closely with DMA prospects and clients to provide knowledge and support for all DMA products and services.

Nannette has over 20 years of experience working in the financial industry representing multiple solutions in the CRM, MCIF, Data Quality and Regulatory Compliance systems areas.  Prior to joining DMA, she held a wide range of positions at companies that offer core data processing like Open Solutions, Inc. and Jack Henry. Her background includes a strong knowledge of MCIF and CRM from her experience with Harte Hanks and she has developed a unique understanding of data quality with Group 1 Software.  Her lengthy career with Bakers Systems/Wolters Kluwers has provided her with a extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and front line software solutions.  She brings a unique combination of skills to DMA, having served in the financial services industry in diverse ways.

Nannette attended Webster College in Winter Park, Florida focused on Business Administration.

   PREETI SHRESTHA - VICE PRESIDENT, IDM DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Preeti manages the IDM Development Team that designs and administers the IDM database architecture.  Preeti and her Team ensure that the design, performance integrity, database administration, and database security are of top quality, focused on optimizing efficiencies.

Preeti has over 10 years experience in the design and development of databases and applications.  Prior to joining DMA, she was responsible for all database architecture and program design, including report development and interface with clients' CRM software tools. She also created the company's intranet tool, incorporating the help desk ticket and order tracking system.  Additionally, she was responsible for database uptime and database backups/restores.

Preeti received her B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from S.D.M. College of Engineering and Technology.

   EVAN FISHER - VICE PRESIDENT, IDM ONLINE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Evan manages the IDM OnLine Development Team that provides the development and programming, training and support for the IDM OnLine software application and modules.  Evan oversees all the steps of establishing requirements, defining specifications, customized development, and quality assurance of the user software.  Evan and his Team provide all end user training and support for optimizing utilization of the IDM OnLine software to solve client's analytic needs.

Evan has over 25 years experience in software development, quality assurance, and direct customer technical support. Prior to joining DMA, Evan's extensive background includes Director of Customer Service and Quality Assurance for Infinity Softworks, a financial software tool company, and head of Operations and Support for PowerScan, a developer of scanning and management software used in financial and legal document processing/archiving.  Evan also brings a background of on-site software implementation, integration, training, and support of enterprise-wide information workflow and systems monitoring applications.

Evan received his B.S. in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College with an emphasis in Operations Analysis and Management.  He adds this to a technical education in software development, programming, and Information Systems Management.
