CRM

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) allows your sales force access to Contact Management tools for keeping track of relationships and prospects, with notes, calendars and tickler functions, including e-mail reminders.   

Vast arrays of reports are also available for the institution, region, branch and officer.  Detail activity reports are a great way for management to quickly see what their sales force has been up to. 

This component also has highly detailed relationship look-up feature.  In CRM, relationships can be queried by several factors.  Once the desired relationship is found a report can be generated with all the information for that relationship including address, main branch, distance to branch, start date with the institution, profitability, total deposits, total loans and a listing of individual accounts associated with that relationship.
