Campaign Tracking

With IDM OnLine’s Campaign Tracking feature, marketers are able to create customized marketing campaigns and promotions based on a targeted group of accounts or relationships.  This feature allows management to actively track the accounts or relationships in the campaign for performance results and purchase behavior.    

Campaign Tracking also allows for dynamic analysis of those relationships that have made a purchase as a result of the campaign and those that have not made a purchase.  Pre-formatted reports are available for management to quickly see the results at any point during a campaign.

Once the campaign has been initiated, results can be tracking over multiple time periods.  This allows the ability to track the short and long term results of an individual campaign.
