THE PROFIT CHALLENGE: The Profit Challenge is a quick quiz for financial institutions to learn how well your institution performs from a profitability focus. It is simple to take and the results can be eye opening.  First, make sure that you fit at least three of the criteria below: You want to know how your management, finance, marketing and sales efforts can be improved and result in increasing your bottom line. You want to add "Profit Risk" to your risk management discipline. You are frustrated by the lack of useful information about profitability at the product, relationship, product, market, branch, and officer level. You know you are not sufficiently informed about profitability, and you know that you could exceed your goals if only you had the right information. You want to know and do more.  Although you have a long-term plan in place and you have good people, you need to get there faster. You do not have time to wait.
