PRIVACY POLICY: Security and privacy are critical to DMA.  Keeping information secure and private is core to our business. We appreciate that you need to know that your files are kept in a secure environment.  It is our policy to ensure that data access is limited and protected. We also appreciate that information is proprietary.  It is our policy to safeguard information and to keep it confidential.  We do not share information with or give data access to third parties. DMA safeguards information and has strict security and privacy guidelines to which we adhere.  These policies and procedures ensure maximum security levels.  Our employees are trained to understand and comply with these security and privacy principles.  DMA's security and privacy guidelines are also audited quarterly by a third party, and DMA completes an annual SAS - 70 Level II with an outside CPA firm. To maximize security and privacy, DMA does not disclose internal security and privacy procedures or other information that might decrease security and privacy levels.
